Verne Varona has become known as one of the most captivating and dynamic health educators in the country. David Mark – In The Mix with Politix
David Mark is editor-in-chief of Politix, published by Topix, the largest local forum site in the U.S. The Palo Alto, Calif.-based site attracts more than ten million visitors per month and is moving aggressively into the political journalism/opinion realm.
Prior to heading up Politix, for six years David was a senior editor at Politico. He also authored “Going Dirty: The Art of Negative Campaigning,” which has been widely adopted in political science courses and was featured on “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.” In addition, Mark was the editor-in-chief of Campaigns & Elections which covers the business and trends of politics. Earlier in his career David was a reporter for Congressional Quarterly and the Associated Press.
